INSTRUCTIONS

Lace cookies have been in the family for generations and are an all-time family favorite. Lace cookies are beautiful as well. They taste like a very thin toffee with a drizzled layer of chocolate. The cookies are crunchy and store really well. However, the cookie is also very fragile and will break easily. Don’t freeze these with chocolate on them as the chocolate turns white when thawed. You can freeze the cookies and when thawed, you can add the chocolate. Lace cookies are a huge hit among the guests and are second only to lady locks in popularity!
