Enliven Local Traditions

How do we enliven local traditions? We all kind of brag about the wedding cookie tables from our home town!  I was teaching strategy at the University of Colorado and used Wedding Cookie Tables as an example on how to enliven local traditions.  The students just didn’t quite get the concept (and all us Western PA people lightly laugh).  I brought in a tray of cookies, a few hundred and about 10 different kinds) which caused a buzz among the students and then lots of laughter and tasting!  Eventually, they started to understand the concept.  Sometimes, you just need to have them experience it!  So from Pittsburgh to Boulder Colorado, enjoy!
